Mexican, was born in 1987, holds a bachelor degree in Biotechnologist Environmental Engineer from Universidad Autónoma of Guadalajara in 2011, and is quialified as a Trainer Manager since 2014. Rosa Cortes has experience with transnational drilling companies such as: Noble México from 2011 to 2013;  PARAGON México from 2013 to 2014. Rosa Cortes joined the Company in April, 2015 as a Training Manager. Familiar with drilling rigs operational, health, safety, environmental procedures and personnel structure.
