Mexican/American, was born in 1965, holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from U.C.L.A. as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology from the University of Judaism and an Associate’s Degree in Languages from Cal State Dominguez Hills. Lic. Dominguez-Lyles has over 25+ years’ rich experience within the Human Resources and Public Relations-Corporate Image areas. She has worked on both the east and west Coast of the United States and, as of 2003 she returned to Mexico to reincorporate herself within the Oilfield Industry. As of 2013 she joined COSL MEXICO as the HHRR Supervisor and is one of the startup team of CAIM Services which opened its doors as of February 2014.
